Doses in ready-to-drink bottles usually land between 5 and 15 grams of collagen peptides. Vital Proteins Collagen Water, for example, lists 10 grams of collagen in a 12 ounce bottle. The marketing is aimed at skin, hair, nails, and joints rather than muscle.

Both are sold in the same coolers, both look like flavored water, and both put a protein number on the front label. The labels are not measuring the same thing.
